Cranberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

This is a recipe that I created to help my son sooth his sore throat and nourish his body while using prescription antibiotics. We all Loved Them!!

Cranberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles
Approximately 10 Popsicles

2 cups All Natural Organic Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Pure Organic Cranberry Juice (not Cocktail, Pure Cranberry Juice)
2-3 Tablespoons Honey

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into Popsicle molds. Place in the freezer. Serve when frozen.

You never need to worry when you make these Popsicles if your child wants more then one at a time. You can use any kind of juice, just make sure it is in a pure form. The probiotic cultures in the yogurt is very helpful when you are using prescription antibiotics. They will help replace the good bacteria that is eliminated by the antibiotic. If you're looking for a juice to help with a virus or bacterial infection I recommend cranberry, grapefruit, lemon, or coconut. If you're concerned about the sour or bitter flavor of the juice, use more vanilla yogurt and honey. This will sweeten it up.
